Isabel was born in Melbourne Australia. The mother of Isabel is Swiss and her father Australian. Her family is from the Swiss, in Melbourne Jabiru (a small mining community within the Northern Territory), Cairns Australia as well as Jabiru in Switzerland. Along with her sister Nina, she went to schools in which First Nations and other children from different backgrounds were accepted.
